Kim has an amazing way with horses. She can be tough as nails one minute, if she needs to, and then soft and giving, the next. This is a horse that was there for some training. She had just had a really nice ride on her and was giving her a minute to soak it all in while she gave her a "Reassuring Touch" for a job well done. I wanted to portray the calmer side of training a young horse, the quiet moments that really let the horse know you will always give back to them and that their effort is appreciated.
