Mesa, the daughter of RaeAnn Svedberg, has grown up loving, riding and training the horses that have been her family's heritage, Sergeant Performance Horses in Hardin, Montana. She's been working with a team of two magnificent Shire mares, getting them accustomed to the fine art of pulling a wagon. Following in the tradition of generations before her, Mesa is a fearless, expert horsewoman, and filled with deep love, tenderness and respect for the animals she helps raise and train. Mesa is also a gifted leather craftswoman and creates beautiful works of art called Luvin U Leather. Mesa and her husband are continuing the legacy of Sergeant Performance Horses, as they raise their two beautiful little girls to be hardworking cowgirls! The 1800's log barn on their property provided a wonderful setting for this painting.
